We had two wonderful experiences buying property through the Portofino Sales Team. We bought a two bedroom unit two years ago with Sheri Amberson as our real estate agent. That went smoothly and now we have just bought a three bedroom unit that went just as smoothly. Sheri also helped us find a long term rented for our three bedroom unit and has helped us with several things since. I highly recommend her for your agent.

We had the privilege of working with Kelly in the fall of 2016 when we wanted to purchase a condo at Portofino. We spent a few days there and she made herself available for us to see all the units we were interested in. She is so professional, kind and accommodating. The morning we were scheduled to fly back home, a unit became available which we were really interested in. We contacted Kelly and she got us in the unit before we had to leave. It turned out to be perfect for us! We were able to make and close the deal from our home in Ohio. Everything went so smoothly and she helped us every step of the way. She was on top of everything and we couldn’t have been more happy. Then, in 2022, we decided to sell our condo and Kelly helped us again. She was able to sell our unit within two weeks of listing it, and it was all done from the comforts of our home in Ohio. Again, she took care of everything for us, and within a month, our condo was in the hands of its new owner. We cannot say how much we appreciate Kelly and Levin Rinke. Both interactions, to buy and sell, were seamless and handled with the utmost care. My husband and I had always wanted to purchase at Portofino. While vacationing we would always have Kelly show us properties. I am sure she thought we would never buy because it continued on. She never gave up on us, always sending us information. She found us the perfect one, negotiated for the perfect price range we needed.
